First and foremost I want to thank you for sharing your concerns with us. It is always our desire to provide the best experience to each of our guests and I apologize that you have received anything less than an exceptional experience with us. We have addressed the issue concerning the tax exempt paperwork with the front desk staff. I completely understand your agitation with the need to have one with you every time, or fill one out, as it does become bothersome and I realize a large number of people don't travel with their paperwork. Upon reading your response I contacted the corporate office and we now have one on file within the computer in order to resolve the situation there. As to the breakfast, can you please respond back as to what our breakfast offers that dissatisfies you? Hot breakfast is a tricky amenity to offer with the constraints of cooking and pleasing all of our guests. I believe we have done our very best to try and please everyone. We now offer fresh waffles, we didn't before 6 months past, we have revamped our hot options to offer more variety each day, as much as we can, and in general been trying different brands of our sweet breads, cereal, etc. Even with you staying less than a week out of the year, which is of no concern to us, we are concerned about you enjoying each and every stay you have. We appreciate your patronage of our establishment and I hope to hear back from you regarding breakfast. Any and all comments and suggestions we receive we try to utilize to better ourselves and therefore bettering guests stays with us. I hope you will allow us to service you on your next stop through town, by then the situations should be mitigated to your satisfaction. « hide

Mr. Brian, Thank you so much for taking a moment to give us a review of your stay. We greatly appreciate and utilize each and every review we receive. It's good to know we've made a loyal customer out of you! Hopefully next winter we'll have a more heavy snowfall, we greatly appreciate the business of our snowmobilers. As to the heater, unfortunately even if you have the heater turned off the fan will come on for about ten seconds and turn off again. I know this is unfortunate because you are not the first to have an issue sleeping because of this but sadly it is part of the operating system for the heater. The only way around the issue is to unplug the heater, which you are welcome to do so as to give yourself a restful sleep. We greatly appreciate your business with us and look forward to being of service to you in the future. If you're an outdoor enthusiast come see us during the summer we have great hiking, fishing, boating, camping, the whole nine yards. There is also Rendezvous Days the second week of July that is a blast for young and old alike. « hide

I have to say I am thrilled you guys enjoyed the beds we actually replaced all of the bedding and beds back in October so as to better provide comfort and luxury to our guests. I did notice there was a mark down for the odor of the room? Was there a particular odor that you found to be disturbing? We would greatly appreciate a response so we better serve our future guests.
