“Review of Baymont in Whitewater, WI”

Bed Good and comfortable, I liked the hotel room in general. I liked the shampoo scent of it. I do wish though the hot tub would have been working. Also the hotel room per night was a bit pricey as I paid about 85, and it would have been nice to have additional discounts as I do not have triple A because I don't own a car. (My parents drive me) Also I'm not a senior just yet even though I wish I was sometimes so that I could receive that discount. In addition, I was surprised when they tend to clean the room in the afternoon as I got back about 1:30 or 2pm. I figured it's nice when most hotels clean the room in the late morning so that when one gets back their bed is made. In addition, I did enjoy the breakfast and the hospitality at the front desk was excellent. The only other thing that's a big no no towards customer service is to have a carpet cleaner to knock on the door to then clean the carpets. I realize it needs to be done, but at the same time, I was smelling cleaner for a few hours, and then had to avoid not walking in my own room staying on top of my bed so that my feet wouldn't get wet. Anyways that was my overall review, and please fix the hotub! I asked the front desk when that would get done, and they didn't even know. I felt like it's one of those jobs that someone started but got too lazy to finish it as you can see sand all over that hot tub area. Also it's a hazard being next to the pool as someone could get hurt especially little children. In addition, when filling out this survey it would be nice if they had an N/A option or didn't use it such as their fitness room as then what am I supposed to rate it. Same with the 100 characters I thought this box was limited to that but didn't realize it meant to type in at least a 100 characters.
