“I scheduled 2 rooms for family. Phone didn't work in one...”

I scheduled 2 rooms for family. Phone didn't work in one room and the air conditioner didn't work in the second room. Carpeting in one room was not attached to floor properly and was in waves that tripped up the unwary. The breakfast room was small, crowded, stuffy and the tables were old and tippy. The breakers kept going off so anyone using an appliance was forced to wait for them to be turned back on by the single person manning the food service to finish making toast, waffles, etc. or watch TV. One person could not keep up with everything including replenishing choices as needed. No air cond. in the elevator so very stuffy. I mentioned the phone, air and carpeting when checking out and the receptionist made a note.
