As our public areas are cleaned once to twice daily, there are times at night when guests may track in dirt or whatnot and is not cleaned until the next morning when our housekeeping staff are in. We have also looked into several websites, and did not notice any differences in the photos we found and what our hotel resembels. Maybe there was a different Baymont being viewed on the website? We strive to maintain a clean, affordable, and convenient hotel. Our beds are a little more on the firm side. We hope you were able to enjoy our complimentary breakfast which features a make your own waffle station, muffins, cinnamon rolls, danish, bagels, toast, english muffins, assorted cereals and yogurts as well as milk and assorted juices. We also hope you were able to enjoy how convenient we are to the downtown area with our state capitol and historic State Street, as well as East Towne Mall and shopping which is only steps from our front door. We strive to maintain a clean and quiet enviornment, sometimes guests to tend to be a little noiser than others, and we try to eliminate the issue as quick as we can. We hope you brought this to the attention of the front desk so it could be taken care of quickly. We do accept small pets when guests stay here as we are a pet friendly hotel. We do work with one taxi company for airport transporation, and we will bring this to the attention of our staff if there was a mixup in which taxi cab company to use. We do offer rooms with Mircowaves and fridges that are available upon request pending availability. With being more of an affordable limited sevice hotel, there are items that other hotels may offer that we may not at more of a price. We hope you were able to enjoy our complimentary breakfast with having a make your own waffle station, mufins, english muffins, bagels, toast, cinnamon rolls, pasteries, assorted yogurts and cereals, along with juices and milk. With having so many restaurants and East Towne Mall within walking distance, we hope you were able to take some free time to vist a few places. Thank you for taking a few minutes to inform us of how your stay was. We apolgize our breakfast was not replensihed in a timely fashion while you were here. When we experience a higher occupancy, there are times large groups come down for breakfast at once, and sometimes takes a little longer to go through and replenish items. We will definitely monitor this going forward and share this with our staff to improve on this. While you were here, we hope you found our hotel to be clean and convenient as we are minutes away from the down town area and easily located being just off of East Washington Ave (Hwy151) between I-90/94 and Hwy 51 (Stoughton Road). As we strive to be a clean hotel, it appears this was not accomplished through your stay. As we do have a few guests in the hotel from time to time that are relocating to Madison and in between housing and tend to stay for a longer period of time than the traditional few nights. It appears guests set out their small trash bags in the hallway after our housekeeping staff had left for the day, and were not picked up until the next day. We will take care of the toilet issue immediately. We hope you were able to enjoy some of our amenities such as our complimentary wifi and complimentary breakfast that includes a make your own waffle station.
