Thank you for staying with us while you were in Madison! We are glad you are able to enjoy our hotel while you are in Madison. We apologize you did not get to experience our breakfast in the fashion you should have. We strive to be an affordable, clean, and convenient hotel. We did observe some complaints due to us having a higer occupancy in the hotel in the last moments that we did not prepare to have causing us to not restock our breakfast area more promptly. Our breakfast includes a make your own waffle station, cereals, toast, muffins, danish, cinnamon rolls/toast, english muffins, apple and orange juices, milk. We hope you were able to enjoy the convenience of having numerous restaurants so close by along with numerous stores and East Towne Mall to visit. Thank you for choosing us for lodging while you were in Madison. We aplogize you did not have a quiet stay during the whole night this past weekend. We did observe a little more noisy weekend this past weekend due to the UW Madison Graduation where we had many families coming in to celebrate. We also apologize for the confusion on the taxi/shuttle service at the hotel. The hotel does not have shuttle service, but we do provide taxi service that is paid for by the hotel if you book at our Airport Park and Fly rate. This rate allows you to park your vehicle here at the hotel, stay the night, and be transported via taxi to the airport at the expense of the hotel. If you booked at the Airport Park and Fly rate, please contact us and we will make it right with you. While you were here we hope you were able to enjoy our complimentary breakfast and convenient access off of I90/I94/I39 and Hwy 51. With being in the heart of Madison East, we hope you were able to enjoy the convenience of having numerous restaurants and East Towne Mall within walking distance. « hide

We will mention this to our staff to monitor guests going in and out of the building and try to keep peace for the other guests staying here at the hotel. I travel 80% for business and stay at 3-5 hotels a month. This was the worst I have stayed in by far in the past three years. This is a good location, no excuse for this hotel to be in such bad shape. Burned linens, dirty sinks, loud, just awful. Tube TV! Close it or modernize.Thank you for staying with us while you were in Madison on business. We apologize for the inconvienence of our hotel not being the most up to date. With having a partial renovation 3 years ago, not everything has been fully updated. As we are not the most up to date hotel, we are very convienent, affordable, and strive for cleanliness. We will be sure to mention to our staff about the burned linen and dirty sink you had as this not the normal for the hotel. There are at times city wide events that take over the Madison area, and with those dates usually comes groups of people. We try our best to maintain a nice quiet atmosphere. We hope you were able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast and complimentary wifi as well as the convienence of locating our hotel with being in the heart of the East side of Madison, only a few short minutes from the Airport and downtown area. Thank you for staying with us while in Madison! We hope you were able to enjoy some of our amenites such as our complimentary breakfast, wireless internet, business center, or fitness center. With being only blocks between I-90/94 and Hwy 51, we hope you were able to find us quickly with being just off of East Washington Avenue, walking distance to East Towne Mall and several restaurants. We strive to be a convienent, clean, and affordable hotel for people coming into town not looking to spend the tremendous amount of money on a 4 star hotel or downtown hotel pricing. Thank you for selecting us as your lodging location while you were here in Madison! We see you were able to enjoy some of our amenities such as the complimentary breakfast and fitness facility. We have noted our treadmill is in need of a new board, and is on order. With our beds being relatively new, they are a little more firm. We have also replaced our pillows within November, and will be on a continous cycle of these. We have noticed different preferances on pillows with different guests, and so in most rooms we have two types of pillows. We will make sure we go over our front desk operations as we are usually noted for having great customer service. Any further questions on anything about your stay, please feel free to contact us. We apologize your stay was not as enjoyable as it should of been with other guests around the hotel as well as the cleanliness of your room. We are a very safe hotel, and have very little issues with guests. When we do encounter any guest issues, we try our best to resolve them immediately. With having city wide events, hotels encounter guests of all walks of life, and we strive to maintain a great and safe enviornment for everyone staying with us. Your houskeeping issue with most likely be discussed with our staff, as this was inexcuseable. With Wisconsin being a non smoking state, we unfortunately do occasionally encounter guests who go against this law and choose to smoke in the rooms regardless. When this happens, we go into the room and use special cleaners and treatments to treat the rooms. Sometimes it takes a few treatments to immediately eliminate the odors. We are a very safe hotel and follow procedures for guests that may be causing issues within or around the hotel to resolve them immediately. With having city wide events, hotels may encounter guests of all different walks of life. Thank you for staying with us while you were in Madison. We apologize for the odor in your room as well as not having adequate hot water. We had both of our water heaters go out on us, and had to wait two days for the brand new water heaters to be delivered and installed. As this is not a common occurance, we should not see this issue happen again. We also apologize for the many guests we had in the hotel. We were quite full that week with a few different groups. If we receive noise complaints, we try our best to act quickly to resolve the issue as guests are expected to have a quiet and enjoyable stay. We hope you were able to enjoy our complimentary breakfast and wifi as well as the great location we have with having so many stores, restaurants, and East Towne Mall within walking distance.
