“Not the best...”; Dec 20, 2012 Rebecca V, Powell; The carpet had holes. The sink had a few hairs. The tub drain was dingy. The sheet was stained. The breakfast area didn't have tongs for the pastries and bread. I expected more improvements since the update, but it was just the lobby area. I didn't complain to the staff as we were so tired and just wanted to sleep.

Thank you for writing a review. Baymont Janesville is sorry you had a not so good experience. We have made improvements in our bedding packages and refrigerators and microwaves in every room. Our breakfast area has been expanded and extra seating is available in our hospitality room. We do hope you come back and see the difference. « hide
