“Baymont Janesville, WI 06/19/2013”

Everything met with my satisfaction UNTIL I woke up to water running out of the light fixture in the bath / toilet portion of the room. This was aprox 6:30am on Thursday June 20th my check out date. Someone on the floor above must have let the tub or toilet overflow and water was running out the ceiling fixture and the floor was covered with water. I called the front desk and they said they would check it out. At about 7:30 as I was preparing to leave a very kind person who said they were with maintenance called to see if the water was still running into my room (It was but it had slowed) He then asked if I could use the facilities and I told him I did not want to turn on the light since water was still running out the fixture. He then asked if I wanted another room to shower in and I said I was ready to check out. When I checked out the front desk clerk did not even ask how my stay was. Very disappointed with the check out staff on my departure. You might want to consider trading the front desk staff for the maintenance guy since he as least knows a little about customer satisfaction. Lots of other competitors in the area.
