Every multi-level hotel should have an elevator. This hotel does not.Housekeeping - Julie did an excellent job, but on her day off our room wasn't touched. When I called the front desk to ask for fresh towels and coffee, I was informed that I would have to retrieve them from the front desk myself. I am not so lazy that I couldn't walk to the front desk and back, but I found this a bit less than good customer service in light of the fact that I was not fussing about our room being neglected by housekeeping.
