“Decent for the price, but don't go in with high expectations”

- The hotel is outdated, but fairly clean. Very much feels like 1980's apartment complex that is in bad need of a makeover. Did notice a few bugs by the windows, but not that big of a deal. Room carpets were dirty and the bathroom sink is located in the room itself, not in the bathroom, which I absolutely hate.Located in a good location if you are going to the Grafton area, right off of the highway and by numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. For a low price, it works, but I wouldn't want to stay here for more than a night.
