“Surprised”

We were on spring break and decided to stay at the nearest Baymont to give my Children opportunity to swim and get out of house for one night. We have stayed at Baymonts before and thoroughly enjoyed them with no incident. When we arrived they said they had to shock the pool and it would be closed another hour. When we checked back the staff had changed and they informed us it would be closed all night. I told her what the first concierge had told us when we arrived. She double checked and said it would be open in a few hours. It did open and they called to inform us. It was cold water and the pool room was cold. When in the room waiting we watched a movie on HBO and the screen would go snowy every 20 mins or so then return in 30-40 secs. Never had the issues before and hope never to again. The room was good, just the amenities left more to be desired.
