“Horrible Stay”

I have never stayed at a Baymont before. We usually stay at Marriots but there wasn't one in this area. However, I am familiar with your brand and wasn't concerned. However, the facility and the staff were way below par and I' like to speak to someone about at minimum a partial refund. I asked for extra pillows they said they didn't have any. I asked if the hotel was full(there was MAYBE 6 cars in the parking lot. They said no, they just don't have enough. I asked for extra blankets. I was told, "sure if you come get them yourself". Every time I was at the desk, the man was too busy surfing the internet to even make eye contact. The fruit on the morning buffet seemed like it was months old. It was disgusting. The milk and butter were warm on the counter, not kept cold and the waffle maker wasn't functioning properly. The rooms were dirty and paint peeling, etc. The cable was fuzzy and manager said "that's just the way it is". Overall it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
