“Customer Service is horrible”

The only saving grace is that the property was fairly clean. The room did not have any reachable outlets so the maintenance guy came up and plugged in an extension cord with a strip outlet. He had to move the mattress to reach the outlet. I was sharing the room with a colleague and I gave her name at the front desk for when she arrived for them to give her a key. The same girl was at the desk when she arrived and they called the room to get my ok to give her a key. I had checked in not even an hour earlier! On day two of our stay they only left 2 bath towels. They did not leave any wash cloths, hand towels or replacement roll of toilet paper. They asked if we left the dirty towels on the floor to be replaced. Yes, we did. Then their excuse was that there was a new maid. That's unacceptable, if there is a new maid then one that has been there a while should be going in after her to make sure she did everything properly. Then the 3rd day we got back to the room and our keys had been deactivated. So we went to the front desk and there was a manager there. He asked if we had our keys next to our cell phones. Which we had not. I could see if only one key had been deactivated, but both of them were. I again brought up the towel incident and he asked if we had put them on the floor, too. Which I replied that we had because they had taken all of those, but not left new ones! The room is also very dark. Not much light in the room with the lamps. The internet quality was poor and I had to call the first day to get them to connect me. The following days it took me up to 1/2 hour to connect when turning my computer back on. I was staying at this property because I was there for training with my company. I would not choose this property on my own to stay there. Unfortunately, I have to stay at this property this week again. The ironic part is I am a travel agent and I would NEVER recommend this property for a client. If this were a client, they would be coming back to me to complain.
