“Will not stay there again”

The toilet was broken. I called the front desk and she offered me a plunger! I asked for late checkout due to a final game in a soccer tournament and even though late checkout only offers ONE extra hour, the lady at the front desk said no! My friends accidentally left something at the hotel, I went back only a couple of hours later to checkout and I asked about it but the front desk claimed no knowledge of it and told me it had probably been thrown away. I checked the room, it had already been cleaned - no sign of it. I asked the cleaning lady but she didn't speak english. How could it be gone already???? Lastly, another friend asked for the military discount and the front desk denied it saying they needed to know that at the point of booking. POOR poor customer service and experience all around.
