“Tread lightly!!”

I normally don't do reviews but I went against my better judgment and previous reviews and reserved a room here. Honestly, for the price, you get what you pay for. I reserved the room online-no problems there. I was driving from Virginia, so I knew I would get there late. Call the hotel and let them know I will have a late arrival-which was about 10 pm. I arrive to the hotel and the lady at the front desk says I was booked twice but she would handle it because they have been having "computer glitches." I say "fine" and move on with my life. Fast forward to check out. Lo and behold, I was charged twice and my account is now in overdraft. So not only did they charge me twice but they did an additional overnight charge so I was charged about 500 bucks. I let Mindi at the front desk know and she was so very helpful. She did everything she could to help. The manager TAMMY on the other hand was mean, rude and dismissive. She tried to basically blow me off and told me to bring a bank statement with proof. I stayed behind that desk on the morning of check out to handle a situation that this hotel screwed up on and then Tammy continues to put the blame on me and acts as if she is doing ME a favor. I'm sorry Tammy, but I'm certain that my maturity level is higher than yours and the way you spoke to me was extremely unacceptable. If it wasn't for Mindi and the lady who served at the breakfast counter, this hotel would be complete trash and an utter disaster.
