“one reservation - three rooms, first no internet, then no hot water”

Advertisement: High Speed InternetFirst room - no internet service, at all. They let me move to another room.Second - net drops 2x every 5 min. I tell them if not fixed before Friday, I will end reservation. Find out internet has been on-going problem for a LONG time with customers leaving because of it. Supposedly, 'in negotiations' as of early March, 2013, no change3: Suite - nicer bed, net ok, hot water tank explodes, leaving 40 rooms without hot water for 10 days. I stayed in the room because I had other options for showers. Cost of suite did not justify staying. For less money than the suite, I stayed at a nicer place without amateur inconveniences. (based on what I have read, commercial water heaters rarely fail without warning. imho, i am wondering how much preventive maintenance is a management concern. What other easy to fix problems are left to languish? Electrical? Food service? Safety? Ever seen a hotel fire? not pretty)
