“not up to Baymont standards”

I understand from others that this just changed to a Baymont. I picked it because of the good Baymont reputation. However, despite the good management of Heather, I was very disappointed in that:there was no pool as advertised. A coupon to drive into town and go to the Y wasn't a viable option.the exercise bike is very old fashioned - and needs a lot of force to get it going. Since I have a torn up knee, this made it unusable.the printer had no ink, so I wasn't able to print off the maps I needed for the next day's travel.But mostly, I got no sleep because the footsteps from the person above me were like a tromping elephant until midnight - this might as well have been a personal residence, there was so much thumping. I expected better noise abatement and thicker floors. the manager, Heather, was very helpful and accomodating.I mentioned to her that no one knew there was a Baymont nearby when I was trying to figure out how to drive to it - it is in a very unfortunate location and no signs direct you on how to get to there from the main road. The CVS 2 doors away and the Waffle House across the street had no idea there was even a Baymont nearby, much less less than 50 feet away! I suggested she try to get some coupons or take over some coffee or something so t hat people know you are there.
