Thank you for your feedback on Trip Advisor. I apologize that your stay was less than satisfing. Our housekeeping does work hard to try and provide each of our guests with a clean and comfortable room. In order to satisfy all of our guests, we guarentee all of our rooms to be clean by 3p.m. With this policy in effect, our housekeepers will do two checks for rooms with DND signs. They perform the first round begining at 9a.m. followed by a second around lunch time. After the second check, the front desk will gladly assist you with fresh towels, or other needed ammenities.
