“Sleep quality would have been great if it weren't for the...”

Sleep quality would have been great if it weren't for the phone that kept beeping ;ike trying to wake us every hour when we did not have any wakeup service requested. Then the door key card started locking us out and the girl at the desk couldn't fix it once the previous shift had reprogrammed it. Carpets were badly staine and musty smells were throughout, probably due to non functionong bathroom vent fan and shower curtain material that let water through. I tried to wipe up the floor each time someone showered beacuse of this. Bathroom floor wasn't very clean when we arrived. Thank God the beds llooked clean. The first day we had gotten in at 1:30 AM so slept in a little and went to get the free breakfast at 9:00 am but was told it was long gone! Next day we went at 8:00 to try to grab some, but the juice jug wouldn't dispense and the fuit & some cereal was all I got. Other people were disappointed too, but the only girl on at the desk had to go mess with our door keycard again so she couldn't help till she got back. People were nice enough, just not enough staff or well-trained.
