“Awful Service”

The fridge wasn't working in my room and I had an extended of 12 days. I reported this to two different people (first person said they would let me know the timeframe next day and never did) who both said "Maintenance will take a look". It took 4 days to get the fridge working. It should have taken about a half hr.I inquired about dry cleaning and received a quick "no we don't do that". Not "let me check just flat out no. Then I asked her if she knew where I could find one....her response "only one around her is over by the grocery store" I know where the grocery store is. Found that bizarre since just about every hotel on the planet has it. Then saw it in the book so called down and asked person #2, who told me "ummm yes but I don't know who we use ill have to have person #3 call you back". Ok. To be fair she called me right back, but 3 people shouldn't have to be involved for one minor question.To top it off, I was headed out at around 11pm one night and had a question about my bill for the front desk person (just wanted to change a credit card info) and she was dead asleep in the breakfast area. Like walked right past her twice and even banged the table on accident and she didnt wake up. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. And the manager door was wide open which was also really outstanding for the hotel chain.Last gripe...27" TUBE tv? 1987 called. Upgrade the tvs since you specialize in long term stays. And keep the guy I talked to who was really nice/helpful and the girl that was at the desk on 4/12 8am was very nice/helpful...the rest of the people I talked to should be fired. Awful.
