“Disappointed”

We used the resting card until 2pm after a very hard and long trip in a snow storm that had us in the car for over 16 hours and arriving after midnight. When we did leave for the day of visiting family we took the rest card off the door.When we returned at 11:30 that evening our room had not been serviced. I had to go down and ask for linen. When I expressed my displeasure, I was told I needed to take that up with the manager the next day. I did ask for my file to be noted with my concerns.The remainder of my stay I was called in my room to ask if I wanted service as we used the rest card each day. One of the pleasures of vacation is sleeping in, but we were made to feel this was not convenient for the hotel staff with the daily phone calls.I have stayed in this particular hotel several times on trips to see family over the last few years. This was the first time I was truly disappointed.Thanks for asking,Ron
