“Baymon Tyler TX”

When making my reservation the person that answered the phone could not do it. Someone called us back and helped make the reservation. When I arrived the reservation they had made was for 1 day longer than I was staying. The person that checked me in refused to change it and charged my card for the entire amount stating that this was policy and that was all he could do. He suggested that I talk to someone the next day that could help. That person did make the reservation changes and said my card would be credited. The internet service was so poor that it was not functional and I ended up having to create my own hotspot with my iPad. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But given the overall experience I would not come back to this hotel.
