“Very Disappointed”

I want to begin by saying every employee was very nice and helpful from the desk clerks to our room maids. This is our third visit to your hotel. We were planning to make it our regular hotel when our daughter goes to Georgia Southern. Sadly, your hotel is very run down. From floor border tiles in the lobby laying broken on the floor to the moldy grout in the bathroom. The shower curtain rod wasn't hanging straight and the curtain would keep opening while showering. There were big stains on the carpet in the room. I guess the final straw were the breakfasts. The first day everything tasted good, but the only fresh fruit was Granny Smith apples. How many people eat sour tasting apples? The second day there was no apple juice. There were biscuits and sausage gravy. There were just a few sweet rolls. The final morning there were hardly any sweet rolls, there were no bagels or biscuits. There were only a few pieces of regular bread. When asked for a bagel, I was told (while the worker was eating her breakfast in the little kitchen) that they can't put out the bagels, what if everyone else wanted one? There still wasn't any apple juice. Your hotel is a good location to the school. It just needs to be renovated.
