“Reservations were totally messed up”

There is a large group -- typically at least 10 rooms for 2 nights -- that have been going to this property for at least the last eight years. Upon trying to check in last year, our reservations were messed up. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate all of us. However, this year, the same thing happened again-- only worse. When the first couple arrived to check in, no reservations could be found for any of the group. They gave them all the information again for the entire group. We were told everything would be taken care of and they had plenty of space. The next day when the majority of the group went to check in, they were told they had no reservations and no rooms available. Some of our group had to re-locate to another property. We won't be staying at this property in the future.
