“Excellent staff!”

The stay itself was quite disappointing. You pay for a hotel room for the bed & the bathroom. When I arrived after a long day of driving, I was told before checking in that a truck had hit the gas line, but it was being repaired and the hotel should have hot water within a few hours. After a restless night (there was a yipping dog across the hall), I just needed a shower to get going and back on the road. But there was still no hot water. I went down to breakfast and let the ladies at the front desk know about the dog and the lack of hot water. They were very apologetic and agreed to give me a discount. Because of that gesture, I will likely stay at that hotel again. I would like to suggest to all hotels that they keep noisy kids (athletic teams) and dogs to one area of the hotel and let people who came there to rest get rest. Thank you.
