“Front Desk Outstanding”

Price, location, all good. My two concerns are the bathroom had a nice little dead bug in the bathroom when we arrived. The little guy was still there when we left and looked like he had a friend joining him a day later. So, I'm not sure if perhaps all that is done is change of towels and trash placed in container emptied while you are still occupying room.. We had used cups on desk that where there for two days. Second concern: I finally had a chance to swim the day after my daughters graduation. I went to the pool which was fabulous. Very warm. But when I went to get in the hot tub it had no jets. A worker told me the pipes running from the pump to the pool were too small to accomodate the jets. The motel replaced a second pump that also burned up and instead of tearing up the floor and putting in proper piping they just removed the jets. I feel there is a time and place to save money and it shouldn't be at the expense of customer comforts. These alone would make me think twice on staying at another Baymont or its franchises. A real shame as the comnpany is hiring workers with great customer service skills-the building should be great as well. Sandy traveling from Ohio
