“Dirty and Nasty”

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night due to work being done on our home and the water had to be turned off. This hotel looks ok on the outside until you step inside. First, no elevators in this hotel. What?? We had to drag our carry on up a flight of stairs. Got into the room and lets start with the bathroom. Its old and molded, the paint on the toilet seat was peeling off. The vents were rusted and old. Now..lets move into the room. The tv was ancient and most of the stations were blurry or not working. The comfortor on our bed was dirty and stained. It looked like dried up semen so I called the front desk to have it changed and was told that no housekeeping staff was working for the night, so I would have to come down to the front desk, get a key to another room and go inside and remove the blanket off of another bed and put it on ours? Poor Customer Service!! I wonder if they even have a housekeeping staff at this hotel. This was disgusting and this hotel should not be open for business under these circumstances. We were offered a free continental breakfast but this place was so nasty and dirty, we left at 5:30 am in the morning. The room we had was a King Room and it was one of the most worst experiences I have ever had. That saying holds true..."You get what you pay for"!!!
