“Longview TX terrible”

Bags of trash were in the drive after dark the night we checked in and during the day on Friday. Relatives staying there were locked out of their room for several hours and when they asked about possible compensation for their inconvenience, they were told "It happens all the time." My cousin and I each paid for 2 nights but were locked out of our rooms on the second day. I was told I had put it in a place where it had been cleared. The only place the key was kept was in Baymont's holder that comes with the key. The WiFi was almost non-existent. The drapes/curtains were ragged and not working. Just had to keep tugging and pulling till I managed to cover the window. Also, there was no hot water at the sink. To wash my face, it was necessary to use the faucet in the bathtub . This place needs to be checked out. Also, I called before making my reservations because I was unable to make a selection for non-smoking and was told they don't offer that choice. All their rooms are the same but that they were taken care of. Don't know what that meant. My room did smell fresh. My cousin's was thick with smoke. Had our rooms been reversed, I could not have survived in that one. I've seen CHEAP motels better run than your facility there.
