“Clean room, not so good experience”

The room was clean but beyond that, I don't have much good to say about this hotel. We were moved twice during our stay. The first room we were in didn't have a refrigerator or microwave as promised when I booked the room so they moved us two rooms down. The second room we were in had a sink drain that was plugged. That was ok with us but at the end of our 4th day, I leaned on the door while juggling my key to open the door. To my surprise, the door popped open without even putting the key in the door. To my horror, I realized that the door would not lock. All one had to do was give it a push and it popped open. When I reported this to the manager on duty, she had no idea of the problems with the room. She asked a cleaning lady standing close by and she verified that it has been that way for quite a while. So, we moved to a different room. The swimming pool was green and never changed through the week. Disgusting! I will probably never stay at a Baymont again.
