“Filthy, Ramshackle, Algae Green Pool”

I stayed at this property on several occasions in the past so I was not prepared for the terrible condition on this trip. The first room had the toilet running with the fill tube sraying water on the inside toilet lid and on the floor. After two hours and two trips to the front desk a maintenance worker arrived and fixed the toilet. Sadly I did not see that the hot water knob was stripped on the tub until the next morning. In the morning the clerk sent me to two other rooms. Both reeked of cigarettes though marked as non-smoking. One had the hot water knob stripped and non-functional. The other had broken fixtures and no light bulbs. There was dog feces on the third floor walkway which was not cleaned. The pool was slime green with algae though the pumps functiones as the slime circulated. There were dirty sheets dumped on the walkway and empty boxes of feminine hygiene products werte strewn on the second floor walkway. This was a disgusting place. I was nonetheless charged for staying here with no bath or shower. I have pictures and will post those to trip advisor. Calls to Wyndham Rewards yielded only a promise to contact me within 30 days. The representative did wish me luck on finding new accommodations.
