“Bad night”

I stayed at this hotel when missed my connection. I was told upon arrival that they no longer accepted Airline vouchers. Then I was informed that the wake up service was not working. I proceeded to a room which was supposedly non smoking. The room reeked of smoke. The air conditioner barely worked, the carpet was covered with black dirt spots. I had one thin hand towel, one bath towel and I tiny bar of soap. When I entered the room the microwave was open and the glass turn plate was on the floor in the middle of the room. I received scary phone calls until at 1 in the morning. When i opened the refrigerator, the smell that came out was unbelievably bad. This was not an expensive hotel, but the curtains weren't even attached at the top so they could not be closed. The only thing that was not horrible was the young man who worked in the Lobby. He tried to be helpful and arrange taxi pick ups. He was very nice and polite.
