“Stayed at hotel instead of in-laws' for Holidays”

- From the online pricing & reservation, to check-in, to general hotel and room quality, we were thrilled with our experience! We chose to stay intown instead of my in-laws' house during Christmas, to give everyone a little breathing room. It worked great -- location was easy to access, hotel was extremely clean and so was room, shower worked great, bed was comfortable, and room was quiet and dark for sleeping. Even with a major rain/sleet storm during one night, we barely heard it and managed to drift back to sleep. Only minor problem was that elevator was broken on final day, but we were on 2nd floor, not a big deal.
