“Visit”

The information given on the internet about the hotel is very misleading...it states "Balcony view of Gulf"....our balcony view was of a cemetary....the front desk staff at check in were "RUDE"...when asked about the misleading information on the view we were a asked "Would you like a refund so that we could go next door where the rate was only $29.99 dollars a night"....this is in no way to keep customers returning...the breakfast offered was very disorganized...the items were not kept full (several things were empty)...there appeared to be only a single employee trying to work the breakfast area and this employee was witnessed opening the prepackaged muffins with hands not using gloves (this is a direct health code violation)....would be a benefit for the front desk staff and breakfast staff to recertify on the Front Desk and Food Handling training that new employees do when hired...the air conditioning in our room was barely adequate...if it had not been for a cool front that came in, the temperature in the room would have been very uncomfortable during the day. The room smelled
