The customer service was great. The accommodations were good. I found the carpet to be in desperate need of a deep cleaning if I had a baby I would be mortified to put the child on the floor, the breakfast is a complete carb laden fare. Although they have awesome Texas shaped waffles. That was really cool. I don't eat High Fructose corn syrup so I wasnt able to have a waffle, or any of the other options. They had apples, but that was about it for me. The only syrup they had was the cheapest syrup ( no kidding Walmart brand bottle, yuck) available. No protein other than yogurt. It was too chilly to enjoy the pool, but it was clean and would have been fun. I actually got a really good rate so it was worth what I paid. Definitely not worth the weekend rate. Which I did not stay the week end, but I get why the week end rate is what it is. It is really close to the Beach, u can see the beach if you hang out over the balcony.. Which was not very clean. You could see where the people put out their cigarettes on the walls and the floor of the balcony. Some people have no respect for others property. Thats just a fact of life, however the domestic engineers could clean it. A scrub brush and a bucket of soapy water would alleviate that yuckiness. When will a hotel find a fabric softener for those daggon towels! It was like sand paper. I washed my face and dried it on one of the towels and almost ripped an eyelid off! OUCH! Beds are SUPER Comfortable, so at least I got a good night sleep. I wish it had a comfortable place to sit other than the bed, the chairs were hard. Which is fine if you are using them as table chairs but for watching tv..not so much. And tv was disappointing. I was coming from London so I was excited to watch HGTV again...except they didn't have HGTV. There were several other options, but I really wanted HGTV. So i tried watching a movie off of my VUDU acct and the internet sucked. I could only watch a few minutes and it would stop and take forever Buffering, ugh. The fitness room was small but adequate but the Laundry room was no very nice, kinda ghetto-ish. so I didn't use it. I am sure it gets a lot of use, so that is probably why it was in the condition it was in.
