“Great Bed! Thats about it”

The Hotel Room itself really was fine. Nice fridge, small tube tv, with adequate channels (nothing fancy). The bed was literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The bathroom was a little scary, one of the light bulbs was out, the shower and curtain were grimy. all of that is not a huge problem for me though. My problem lied within the staff and their clueless attitude towards service. I booked 2 rooms online and entered all my credit card info at that time. I was notified by my friend that they cancelled one of the rooms without calling me. Then they made it seem like they were doing a huge favor to him by giving him the room right next to mine that they had just cancelled. When I checked in they tried to double charge me for my room, which had already been charged online. Disaster! Our rooms were not serviced in between nights and both rooms ran out of toilet paper and towels. Lastly, which is the least of my worries but the "business center" didn't have a printer. The hotel staff wouldn't come up with any accommodations for me to print two sheets of paper. As I said, I will never book this hotel again, unless i need somewhere to make a pit stop overnight, because the bed was the only plus!
