“Disappointing hotel.”

Hotel staff was very friendly, but I was overly disappointed with the room.Room had ONE towel in the room.Sheets were stained and/or dirty on both beds.Floor was of course stained and the room in general was dilapidated.Shower nozzle shot out 90 degrees to shower head in addition to straight out.Towel rack collapsed by setting a few towels on the rack.Hallway smelled like cat urine, both nights we were there.TV was VERY old, I'd guess over 15 years old.Mini fridge was nice addition, but was very old and had an odor.Only working outlet that didn't require moving furniture to access was switched with overhead light. The other half the outlet needed to be replaced and plug just falls out of it.I've stayed in a lot of hotels and for the price I expected much more, I was very disappointed and will NOT stay in that hotel ever again.
