“im only voicing this to make the system better. i made a...”

im only voicing this to make the system better. i made a reservation online at hawthorn website and showed up on property in about 30 minutes time between transaction and arrival. At that time i was told by desk help my reservation was not present on system, i then showed email with confirmation number and that also was not in system. so at that time i was told that i could not check in and i would have to wait or come back at a later time. which at the same time their was another guest with same problem but he used expedia. so i waited probably about 5-10 minutes til desk help came and tried same thing but this time he chose to just make me another reservation and put in notes about other reservation not being there. So then i was finally taken care of with a room. also i am a truck driver that drove from phoenix, az that day and was getting off of a 14hr day in the hot.
