“Nice and affordable”; Feb 28, 2013 Scott M, Hot Springs; Nice rooms with a lot of amenities for the price. The place is understaffed though. I had to wait 30 minutes to check in. There was often a sign at the empty front desk that they were helping other guests and would be back soon. They offered a free beer from 6-7. I had to wait 20 minutes to get that. Maybe the good price on such a nice room means they can only afford to have one person or less at the front desk. But, if not for that, this place is really great.

The staff here does try to make sure everyone's stay is as pleasant as possible.
