Baymont Inn and Suites Dallas/ Love Field

Dear Jennifer,Thank you for offering feedback about your recent stay with the Baymont Inn & Suites Dallas/ Love Field Hotel. I was present at the front desk when your group checked in. I apologize that you were inconvenienced by the check-in. Your group reservation that was made by your representative did not give us individual family names to prepare for expedited check-in. My guest service agent and I both were checking in families as quickly as the process allows while trying to accommodate your additional group members that had booked separately who also arrived at the same time. The rates quoted on the group reservation were lower because first, being a group block of rooms and the fact that these rooms were reserved well in advance of arrival date, the rates were better discounted. I had explained this to the party in your group that booked online separately after the group rate was booked. They were given a 20% discount for a 3 night stay special and charged the appropriate rate which happened to be higher than the room block rate.The guest service agent and I were pleased that the whole group got accommodated once we had all the correct names & processed their individual payments. The group seemed to enjoy the indoor pool, daily breakfast and visit to Dallas based on my brief conversations with families during breakfast times and at front desk.Every guest is important to us. I will definitely pass along the positive feedback of your clean room to my housekeeping team. For guests traveling away from home, a clean, comfortable bed is the best feature in our guestrooms. Having a microwave and a refrigerator in every room affords a great comfort to guests and especially families traveling with young children.Our location is actually in a mixed industrial area that has 6 other major national franchise hotels, over 15 different popular Dallas restaurants, the FBI and DEA buildings and the Dallas Police Department Northwest Substation, AmStar Movie Theater, Toby Keith Restaurant -- all within a mile radius of the Baymont Dallas/ Love Field Hotel. Our central location allows guests to travel to downtown Dallas within 10 minutes, the Galleria, DFW Airport, Dallas Love Field Airport, and many suburbs within 15 to 20 minutes.
