“Renovation NOT Complete”

Overall it is an average hotel. It's location is very hard to find, it is off a small side street not a main street. They have begun a renovation but it has only made it's way to the first floor. The lobby and the first floor look amazing, then you get into a 1970's elevator, that honestly scared me and I took the stairs after the first trip. I stepped off the elevator onto the 5th floor and the carpet has holes in it, the stains are bad, but again this is the hallway so who cares. I got into my room, very nice TV, bathroom, desk and chair. They all were updated and nice. This was by far the WORST BED I have ever slept on, I tried both sides, the middle and finally I had to sleep laying across it, I really had a very bad nights sleep because the bed was so bad!I would say if they complete the update and replace the beds I would consider staying again but until they complete the renovation STAY AWAY!
