“Clean & Tidy”

We usually stay next door. This hotel put it to shame. We stayed 5 nights. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, left plenty of towels. The room was also so clean, when we returned from visiting family during the Christmas holiday 2013. A big THANK YOU to them. The bathroom shelf was beautiful. it gave me an idea, when we build our home. However, even tho it was 20 something degrees outside, it was a dry cold for us & we sleep cold. The room was awful warm, when we'd sleep. We were going to open the window, but we were on the ground floor & the windows did not have screens. I would open it, when I'd wake up & couldn't go back to sleep, though. My wife told the night clerk about the air conditioner not working properly He just shrugged his shoulders. When checking out, we confronted a different clerk & he said he would check into it. He seemed genuinely concerned about it getting fixed Also, The rooms do not have a door to the outside, except to go down a hallway. All rooms are in a hallway. My wife says if there was a fire or something wrong in the hallway, at least we had an outer exit with the window. It was big enough to jump or crawl through. We would stay there again. If it wasn't for the warm room, this hotel would get a 5 rating.
