“BAD”

  , Amarillo
We had a discounted coupon which they admitted they had rooms for but refused our coupon. Then when we took a room anyway at the regular price they assigned us a room that already was occupied (Room#126).Then put us in Room #112. At around 12:45am we receive a call from the front desk waking us to see if the room was occupied. He asked for our last name. When we came down to breakfast that morning we ask to speak to the General Manager and was told she was not in yet. We ask the desk clerk if he was the one who phone our room in the middle of the night? He apologized for waking us up but said that according to his computer the room was not occupied. He said that after he called us at 12:45am or so, that according to the computer we were in room #125. He said the General Manager would be informed of all this and would contact us. Which she never did. He also said we would receive a credit to reflect the coupon price. Which we never received. And to top it all off they tried to blame it all on the new employee Victor. Which he is not the one who checked us in.
