“unhappy with service”

We have been to your hotel before, which is why we chose it for a getaway for new years eve, just the two of us. when we checked in, everything seemed fine. we got the room with the hot tub in the living room, which should have been awesome, but the only jets that worked were the ones the faced AWAY from the tv. ok, no big deal. we happened to bring a bottle of wine which we didnt know needed a corkscrew. this is where the real trouble started, when we called down to the desk and talked to the girl working that night. she said yes, come down and get it. which we did. robert brought down a bag of garbage that we had, figuring it would save the girls the trouble, it was shellfish and figured it would be better to get it out of the room. the girl on duty literally said she wouldn't take it, but that there was a dumpster out back. and make sure we brought the corkscrew back 'right away'. i guess my issue is the fact that we spent the extra money to have the service we got the first time, and this girl was very rude and unhelpful. made for unhappy conversation on our part. the girls in the morning were awesome, however, and helpful.
