“Property With Unfortunate Concerns”

Upon entering the lobby,we noticed a large plastic trash container catiching dripping water from the ceiling. The ceiling tile was removed and the water was acutually flowing down not dripping. As I checked in the lady at the counter said nothing about this disturbance.As she conducted her bussiness of checking us in I noticed a hand witten note in black magic marker ,indicating do no use the toilets as the water is shut off. I was upset that I hand not been informed so I could change motels. upon asking the clerk when we could use the bathroom faclities she had no idea! several hours latter without any notice the watter came on . The clerks on duty at the time need to be more aware and notify customers of changes about important matters such as this with out being scripted to do so. I was very concerned about the lack of compassion or intelligence of the staff !!!
