“Suggestions”

I had asked that our reservation be ground floor so I could park outside room as I was traveling with two elderly So they put me on ground floor and beside pool with no parking access. I asked if the parties that were arriving on Saturday get early check in and they said no that there were too many already. I also asked if the rooms could be by where we were staying they said yes but when one single arrived they put him on second floor in the back. No rooms available by us there were at least 2 rooms with double beds next to us. Same room as he had upstairs. Huge cracks around the door you could see the light I was glad it was not December. Staff very kind and friendly. They need to leave notes to inform the next crew what requests are of the customers. Seemed strange how the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms. It appeared all rooms were stripped and then the cleaning started. Strange as many rooms could have been ready sooner had entire room cleaned and then go on to the next. Price wise it was fair for the accomodations that were available. Just a little bit of disorganization in carrying out the tasks at hand. I would stay there again but I would make my wishes very plain and ask that they document it as I requested it. All in all a nice stay. But more work for me because of the placing of the room by the pool with no car access.
