- Our only complaint was the fact the every day when they cleaned our rooms they took the old soap and shampoo and gave us new ones. This seemed a waste to us since we were there 4 nights. Also why do hotels think we don't want to be able to touch the floor when we are sitting on the bed. My feet were at least a foot or more off the floor and I am not short
