“Hmm..”

So I got a two night whirl pool room.. I arrived at 4 pm and the clerk at the front desk tells me to wait a few mins which turns in to 30 and then tells me that the maid has to clean my room so it will take an additional 30 mins! I then told her that's not right since check in is 3:00 pm and they still haven't got my room they still have me waiting. Then when I finally do get my room I walk in and it's half cleaned and the room and towels reek of chlorine! And the room was way smaller than in the picture.. The next night I go to the front desk and wait inline for 15 mins and I finally get to be next inline and she answers the phone over talking to a already paying customer... I don't know if that's how you guys run things putting calling potential customers over your already paid customers but that was just plain rude. She did infact switch my room after giving me a downward smirk. The next room was the same room just flipped around.. But at least it didn't smelling chlorine.. I also asked for a refund my first night and was denied.. Me and my wife had most of our honeymoon ruined because of the hotel. Also free breakfast was advertised and the next morning we find out all we get us warm milk and make your own waffles?! On top of that there was no more waffle batter and it was 8 am! How can you advertise free breakfast if all you have is warm milk cereal and make your own waffles?! Never will stay here again. If I wasn't denied my refund I'd be ok with everything.
