“Overall, really nice”

Everything went well. Check-in was easy, staff was nice, room was clean, beds were comfortable, & breakfast was good. The only disappointment was seeing the front counter staff running back and forth trying to maintain breakfast issues (cleaning tables, re-filling juice or whatever was needed) and taking care of the desk. This is 2nd time we've been there and it seems they need another person. The 1st time at least there was a mgr there that helped but this time it was just one person. That person said they were a person down but it was not great even the 1st time. It seems unfair to the personnel there trying to do multiple jobs at one time. Real office work can't get focused on or finished if person is constantly having to get up to do something else & customer service can't be attentive if person is trying to focus on office work. Get more staff for breakfast time!
