I would like to personally thank the House Keeping staff that took care of us. We were in Room 224. My mother, who is 90 years old, was traveling with me. She needed special care. The staff provided us with a shower chair for her and waited until I was able to dress her in the morning before coming of clean our room, provided us with extra towels and wash clothes. It is very important to me when the staff cares about the elderly.I thanked the staff personally and pray that they will continue to treat the elderly with such special care.My only complaint was that our room keys never worked. I had to go to the front desk every time we left the room to re-enter. This was very inconvenient because I had to leave my 90 year old mother standing in the hallway until I could return with another key.
