“This hotel is not what it used to be. :-(”

We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past and it was great but this trip was a different story. We stayed 2 nights and our room didn't get cleaned. When we called to let the front desk know, they told us to just bring our dirty towels and trash to housekeeping and they would give us new towels and a trash bag. It was very noisy all hours of the night. You could hear doors slamming all night- which was not good since we have a four month old. The rooms were not bad it would have just been nice to have it cleaned after our first night. We got a very low rate on this room so I was a good value, we just weren't impressed this time around.
