“Recent stay”; Nov 13, 2012 Tammy S, Clinton; During our stay at your hotel. The following things were wrong with room 102. * Bathroom outlets did not work* Bathroom Hair dyer did not work* Outlets by television hold our applicances properly* Outlet by coffee table did not work* Partition wall was barely hanging on to the wall.* Floor by air conditioner was soaking wet couldn't put luggage on dresser by windowA few moments to make needed adjustments to this room would help tremendously!!

Without knowing your exact reservation details, it is impossible to know for sure why this happened. The conditions described sound similar to those experienced during a major wind-driven rain storm. Extreme winds can drive rain in through the AC unit ventilation, get the floor wet, and kick-off the bedroom and bathroom outlet breakers. We are very proud of our housekeeping staff, and are sure that if there was a problem that could be fixed or cleaned, it would have been addressed. As with any good hotel, please contact the front desk if there is a problem. If the problem was simply a breaker, the problem could have been fixed within minutes. « hide
